Hi, I'm Michelle.

I've been welcoming guests since 2022. What started with a single property near Disney quickly grew into a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. I spent years refining that first home, making thoughtful improvements and focusing on every detail, ultimately earning recognition as one of the top homes and top hosts in the area.

With a background in hospitality, I believe every guest stay is an opportunity to learn, improve, make a lasting impression, and earn repeat business. I smile every time I read a glowing review from a guest who had a memorable experience.

Today, I manage and own seven properties across the eastern and southern United States. While I spend part of each summer helping operate our small, family restaurant in Maine, my winters are dedicated to property updates, renovations, and finding new ways to make each home unique, comfortable, and memorable.

I also make it a point to spend time in the communities where my properties are located, getting to know the local attractions, hidden gems, and best places to eat, explore, and relax. Stay & Co was built on a simple belief: exceptional hospitality comes from going above and beyond. My goal is to provide every guest with a stay that is comfortable, seamless, and worthy of becoming a favorite vacation tradition for years to come.

At Stay & Co, we look after a handful of homes in the South Eastern US, as well as commercial properties as far north as Maine. And, we don't stop at just looking after properties: we look after the people who stay in them.
We're big on the small things: a spotless place when you walk in, someone local who answers when you message, and recommendations that take you past the tourist trail.
